Since this league has a little more history under its belt, I figured I would devise a way to create overall rankings which take into account past accomplishment; awarding points for W-L-T record, bonus points for final standing (after the playoffs), and bonus points for playoff seeding. It would also put more weight into the most recent accomplishments/season and would diminish over time. It is important to note that these rankings reflect how the team did over the course of the season, rather than just how they finished the season. Sure the first season is still taken into account, but it will be gone in next year's rankings.

POS = Seed * ½

Final Standing
1st = 10 pts
2nd = 8 pts
3rd = 6 pts
4th = 4 pts
5th = 2 pts
6th = 1 pt

Subtotal = WLT + POS + FS

Season Diminishment
A = 2009 Season Subtotal points * 1.0
B = 2008 Season Subtotal points * 2/3
C = 2007 Season Subtotal points * 1/3
